Job Purpose:
This job is responsible for providing daily administrator support and improvement efforts for Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, including configuration and ad-hoc advanced reporting; supporting implementation of system upgrades; testing system enhancements, troubleshooting issues and documenting workflows as well as security; monitoring data logs and managing releases; providing technical support to system users; ad-hoc performance of quality audits. This role will be involved in creating test cases and testing interfaces to various vendors and various systems within Client.
Required Job Qualifications:
2 years experience with Workday HCM; Minimum of 1 year SaaS and/or Cloud Based experience; Vendor Relationship experience;
Required Skills & Experience:
- Workday (Payroll, Payroll Regulatory Compliance, Absence and Time Tracking)
- System Administration and Advanced Report Development
- Open Cases, Troubleshoot Issues, Manage Release Testing, etc.
