Description
We are seeking a Workday Financials Customer Accounts Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be Workday Financials Certified and possess experience in implementing Workday Customer Accounts. Experience in other areas such as Banking & Settlement and Financial Accounting is also highly desirable.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Workday Financials Certified
- 2-3 years of experience implementing Workday Customer Accounts
- Experience with BIRT layout
- Prior AMS work experience
- Familiarity with other Workday workstreams (Banking, Financial Accounting, Expenses, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Order to Cash Certified
- Analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
- Strong written and communication skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Workday Financials Customer Accounts
- Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions
- Coordinate with other workstreams such as Banking, Financial Accounting, and Expenses
- Create and manage BIRT layouts
- Provide AMS support as needed
- Deliver technical demonstrations and training to clients
