Job Description
- One of the primary responsibilities of the Technology Services (TS) ERP Cloud Solution
- Delivery team is to maintain and support a highly visible cloud system, Workday. We are seeking one techno-functional resource to augment the team.
- The Contractor will provide support which includes troubleshooting Production issues, developing Workday integrations and reports, performing end-to-end testing of said integrations, reports and/or business processes. The Contractor would support the Production Workday environment, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.
Requirements
The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience:
- The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Workday.
- Possess extensive experience with developing integrations and reports, including BIRT
reports.
- Thorough knowledge of security for integrations and reports.
- Possess experience with developing calculated fields.
- Knowledge of and experience with Workday HCM and Payroll business processes.
- Knowledge of Orchestrate integrations is preferred.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following:
- Design and test assigned integrations and reports.
- Document project deliverables such as requirements specifications, design and test results.
- Prepare and deliver documents required for peer review.
- Monitor integration issues in Production and work with business users and scrum team on
the issue resolution.
