Workday Lead Opportunity - NYC (On-Site)

Location: NYC (Onsite - 5 days in office)
Salary Range: $225,000 - $300,000 Base + Bonus

The Opportunity:

In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the company's Workday ecosystem, which includes Core HCM, Benefits (focused on the UK, Hong Kong, and Singapore), Learning, Absence, Time Tracking (for the non-exempt population), Compensation, and Performance modules. You'll collaborate closely with the People Team, who are the primary users of Workday, and empower all employees to manage personal and absence data while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

Proven expertise in Workday in a financial institution.
Deep understanding of the HR technology landscape, specifically with Core HCM, Benefits, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, and Performance.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially the People Team, to ensure effective system usage and continuous improvements.
Strong communication and leadership skills to guide the optimization of Workday across the business.

What You Can Expect:

Total compensation of $350,000 - $450,000.
